VnOne POS Report to partners · No. 1 · November 2026

A nail salon POS built on a working floor, now choosing its payments partner.

VnOne System LLC makes VnOne POS for US nail salons. This report sets out what we have built, what is true today, and what we want to build with a processor or ISO.

1Letter to partners

I own Solay Nail Boutique & Spa in Fort Worth, Texas. In September 2026 I started building VnOne POS, because general point of sale software does not fit how a nail salon works: one guest, several services, several technicians, and one tip everyone shares.

Today it runs at my salon, side by side with our current POS, and we compare cash, card, tips and technician pay every day before we switch over completely.

The next step needs a partner: an integrated card terminal, a Cash Discount program, and a clear way to bring this product to other salons. This report is what we have, what is true today, and what we would like to build with you.

2The product

Software shaped by how a nail salon really works.

Exhibits A to C show simulated data from our test salon. No real guests or sales appear.

VnOne POS front desk board with three columns: guests checked in, today's appointments, and technicians ordered by turn.

AThe front desk boardSimulated data

Check-in, appointments and technicians on one touch screen, the screen a salon lives on all day.

VnOne POS Pay screen with services grouped by technician, the bill total, and large Card, Cash, Gift Card and Other buttons.

BA checkout built for split workSimulated data

Every service line belongs to a technician, so pay and tips follow the work.

  • Tips split by service value, evenly, or by hand, to the cent
  • Cash, card, gift card, Zelle, Venmo and PayPal on one bill
  • Group bills, partial payments and cash change
  • Paid bills are never overwritten; fixes are linked adjustments with a reason, a person and a time
VnOne POS owner dashboard with weekly service revenue, guests, technician totals and a busy hours heat map, shown with simulated data.

CNumbers an owner can trustSimulated data

End of day counts the drawer and separates cash, card, tips and gift cards. The owner dashboard shows revenue, guests, busy hours, technician pay slips, returning guests, lost bookings, and profit and loss.

Online booking

Guests pick services, a technician and a time on their phone; bookings land on the front desk board.

Gift cards and rewards

QR gift cards with full balance history, and points rules each owner sets.

Keeps selling offline

The counter runs on the salon's own computer, so a dropped connection does not stop the desk.

Owner settings, not code

Tips, rewards, booking limits and gift card rules are settings each owner controls.

Salon owners do not shop for a processor. They shop for a front desk that fits their day. Whoever wins the front desk wins the merchant.

3The market

A large vertical that general software fits badly.

$25.5B

Estimated 2025 US market for waxing and nail salons3, spread across mostly small, independent owners.

  • Payments sit in the workflow

Tips, split tenders and technician pay all meet at the terminal. When the POS and the terminal talk, a merchant has little reason to leave either one.

  • Reached through trust

Owners choose software on the word of other owners, not on ad budgets.

  • We speak the owner's language

The founder runs a salon and the product works in English and Vietnamese, the language of many owners in this industry.

4Integration plan

The amount goes out, the result comes back, the card data stays away.

Planned design, not a shipped feature. The bill, tip and payment records it needs already exist in the POS.

What we ask

Terminal integration access
Developer documents and a test environment. We are evaluating PAX POSLink, Dejavoo SPIn and Clover.
Cash Discount program
Our launch salon prices its menu this way; each salon will set its own rate.
A software partner program
Clear terms for residuals, volume requirements and certification.
Simple merchant boarding
So a new salon moves to your processing as part of going live on VnOne POS.

What we bring

A product already at work
Built and tested on a real salon floor, not in a slide deck.
One vertical, done deeply
Nail salons only, including the tip and payroll details others skip.
A live test site
A working salon where we prove an integration before any other merchant sees it.
Fast decisions
The owner, the product and the test floor are in one place.

5Roadmap

Prove it at one salon, then sell it.

  1. Now

    Parallel run

VnOne POS runs next to the salon's current POS while we compare cash, card, tips and technician pay every day.

  2. Next

    Full cutover

SMS joins online booking, the salon moves over completely, and terminal integration begins with a partner.

  3. Then

    Ready to sell

A packaged installer, safe updates, and data import from a salon's previous POS.

  4. After

    Paid pilots

One or two paying salons, once our own salon has run clean for two to three months.

6Notes

Questions a partner manager will ask.

How many merchants are on VnOne POS today?

One: the founder's own salon. We would rather show you one real salon than a number we cannot back up.

Does the POS touch card data?

No. It stores no card numbers or last four digits. The planned integration keeps it that way: the terminal handles the card and the POS receives only the result.

Which terminals will you support?

That depends on the partner. We are evaluating PAX POSLink, Dejavoo SPIn and Clover, and would start with the hardware you already support.

Does a salon need the internet to run it?

The counter runs on a computer in the salon and keeps working when the connection drops. Online booking runs in the cloud and syncs with the counter. Recording a card sale by hand stays as a fallback when a terminal cannot be reached.

Can you support Cash Discount?

It is a requirement for our launch salon. We plan a terminal setting so each salon sets its own program, built together with the integration and within your program rules.

What does a first conversation cover?

Your partner program terms, the terminals you support, the documents and test environment you offer, and any certification we would need to pass.
